The second question of Fatwa no.10630
Q 2: Sometimes I feel depressed without any obvious reason;
are there any Qur'anic Ayahs (verses) you recommend me to
recite when I have such feeling to protect myself from
the influence of Satan?
A:You should recite Surah Al-Fatihah and Al-Mu`awwidhat
(Surahs Al-Ikhlas, Al-Falaq and Al-Nas) and repeat them three times.
Each time you should blow in your palms then recite and
rub your face with them as well as any parts of your body that
your hands can reach. Afterwards, you should recite Du`a'-ul-Karb (supplication of
  distress)

There is no god but Allah the Glorified and

the Forbearing. There is no god but Allah,

Lord of the Magnificent Throne. There is no god but Allah,
Lord of the Noble Throne." You should also seek refuge
with Allah and supplicate to him in order to relieve your
distress and remove your worries.
May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings

be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
